The CEIS model, by its acronym in English, is a methodology developed by Becker-Lasec based on international processes for project consulting, administration, execution, support and service.

The implementation of the CEIS model allows for the limitation of information ambiguities as well as the standardization of criteria for determining the scope of a project, resulting in standardization through processes and procedures for the life cycle of a project.

It also allows for streamlining training for business partners, establishing a guide to carry out processes and procedures for project development.

Consultancy

Set of processes and procedures that will guide the advisor to determine the client's requirements, as well as identify the products and solutions that Becker-Lasec has, proposing a solution to the problems or areas of improvement that will allow solving a problem or adding more value to the production processes.

Engineering

Set of processes and procedures of the CEIS model of the Engineering block that will guide the project administrator, as well as the interested parties on the part of the client and specialists on the part of Becker-Lasec to prepare the studies, diagrams, plans and detailed documentation that will allow laying the foundations in a very precise way for the execution of the project, as well as determining the scope, schedules and detailed budgets of the project(s).

Implementation

Set of processes and procedures of the CEIS model of the Implementation block that will guide the administrator to carry out the implementation of the project with minimal deviations, controlling all changes and scope of the project.

Support/Service

Set of processes and procedures that will guide the team to determine the different service models for the client, as well as their different application methodologies, guiding them to hire the one that best suits their requirements.
